Public Notice of Intention to Remove Companies From the Register

I, Daran Nair, liquidator of DLL HOLDINGS LIMITED (in liquidation) whose registered offices were situated at 280 Great South Road, Greenlane, Auckland 1051, and we, Daran Nair and Heiko Draht, liquidators of GARINN ON BEACH LIMITED (in liquidation), JINNIU LIMITED (in liquidation), KAWERAU DEVELOPMENT LIMITED (in liquidation) and HONG TAI LIMITED (in liquidation) whose registered offices were situated at 97 Great South Road, Greenlane, Auckland 1051, hereby give notice under section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993 and having filed with the Registrar our final reports on the liquidations, it is intended to remove the companies from the New Zealand Register.

The date by which an objection to the removal under section 321 of the Act must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies is no later than 27 February 2026.
