Notice of Intention to Remove Companies and Incorporated Society From the Register

Pursuant to Section 320(2) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

Steven Khov and Kieran Jones, joint liquidators of the above-named companies and incorporated society, hereby give notice of their intention to remove these companies and incorporated society from the New Zealand Register pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Act.

Any objection to the removals, pursuant to section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies or Register of Incorporated Societies no later than 20 July 2026.
