Notice is hereby given that we intend to remove AUCKLAND HARDSCAPES AND KERBING LIMITED, CHIWI BUILDERS LIMITED, JACKSCO HOLDINGS LIMITED, JACKSCO LIMITED, S.P.Q.R. LIMITED and SCOTT BUILDING LIMITED (all in liquidation) from the New Zealand Register pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Act.
Any objection to the removal under section 321 of the Act must be lodged with the Registrar no later than 14 July 2026.
