Notice of Intention to Remove Companies From the Register

Pursuant to Section 320 of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

Company Nos.: 6380376 and 6380012

I, David Thomas, liquidator of the companies, hereby give notice that pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Act and having filed with the Registrar my final reports on the liquidations, it is intended to remove the companies from the New Zealand Register.

Any objection to the removals pursuant to section 321 of the Act must be delivered to the Registrar no later 16 July 2026.
