I intend to deregister the following limited partnerships from the Register under section 98A(1)(a) of the Limited Partnerships Act 2008 on the grounds that the limited partnerships do not comply with sections 8(1) or (4) of the Act.

Unless, under section 98A(3) of the Limited Partnerships Act 2008, written objection to the deregistration of the above-named limited partnerships is delivered to the Registrar by 7 July 2026 (being not less than 20 working days from the date of this notice), the Registrar is required to deregister the limited partnerships from the Register.
