Notice of Intention to Remove Companies From the Register

Pursuant to Section 320 of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

I, Mohammed Tazleen Nasib Jan, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner of Liquidation Management Limited (Registration Number: IP150), hereby give notice pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993 that the liquidation of CARDEN CO LIMITED, THE BOHO CAVE LIMITED, THE OLD WOOD SHOP LIMITED, WEIGHT ON WHEEL TRANS LIMITED, CHIC LASH N BROWS LIMITED and WILSON ROOFING SOLUTIONS LIMITED (all in liquidation) have now been completed.

The liquidator’s final report has been sent to the Registrar together with a request that the companies be removed from the Register.

Any objections to the removals pursuant to section 321 of the Act must be delivered to the Registrar together with grounds for such objection no later than 22 June 2026.
