I, Daran Nair, liquidator of AUCKLAND GOLD LINE TAXI LIMITED and AUCKLAND TAXI SERVICE LIMITED (both in liquidation) whose registered offices were situated at 280 Great South Road, Greenlane, Auckland 1051, as well as RYTHM ENTERPRISES LIMITED and RENAISSANCE PROPERTY CONSULTING LIMITED (both in liquidation) whose registered offices were situated at 97 Great South Road, Greenlane, Auckland 1051, and we, Daran Nair and Heiko Draht, liquidators of FINDIK LIMITED, HOME DECOR LIMITED, HARPER STREET LIMITED, GRAFTON PROPERTY LIMITED, EVAN KEBABS LIMITED and NORTHSHORE HOSPITALITY LIMITED (all in liquidation), whose registered offices were situated at 97 Great South Road, Greenlane, Auckland 1051, hereby give notice under section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993 and having filed with the Registrar our final reports on the liquidations, it is intended to remove the companies from the New Zealand Register.
The date by which an objection to the removal under section 321 of the Act must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies is no later than 25 June 2026.
