INIZIO LIMITED and ROBINSONS GARAGE NEWLANDS (1978) LIMITED (both in liquidation)
Application to remove the above companies from the Register of Companies has been made to the Registrar, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”), on the grounds that the liquidation has been completed and the documents referred to in section 257(1)(a) of the Act have been filed with the Registrar of Companies.
Objection to the removal, under section 321 of the Act, must be made to the Registrar by 18 June 2026.
