I, Daran Nair, liquidator of RENAISSANCE ASSETS MANAGEMENT LIMITED, FLASH PACKER NZ LIMITED and COSDO INVESTMENT NZ LIMITED (all in liquidation) whose registered offices were situated at 280 Great South Road, Greenlane, Auckland 1051, and we, Daran Nair and Heiko Draht, liquidators of 3MEN CORPORATION LIMITED, BASIC MANAGEMENT LIMITED, B&C 1564 HOLDINGS LIMITED, M&G BATH & SONS LIMITED, MANGERE CONSTRUCTION 2021 LIMITED, BROOKSIDE FARM TRUST LIMITED and AOTEAROAPOWER.COM LIMITED (all in liquidation) whose registered offices were situated at 97 Great South Road, Greenlane, Auckland 1051, hereby give notice under section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993 and having filed with the Registrar our final reports on the liquidations, it is intended to remove the companies from the New Zealand Register.
The date by which an objection to the removal under section 321 of the Act must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies is no later than 18 June 2026.
