Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register

Pursuant to the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

Pursuant to section 320(2) of the Companies Act 1993 I hereby advise I have requested the Registrar of Companies to remove the above named company from the Register. The request is made in accordance with section 318(1)(e) of the Act on the grounds I have filed with the Registrar the final liquidation report and made the appropriate declarations as required under section 257(1)(a) of the Act.

An objection to this request must be made to the Registrar under section 321 of the Act by 12 June 2026.

Note: All assets have been realised and distributed.
