Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register

Pursuant to Section 320(2) of the Companies Act 1993

Under section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993, the Registrar of Companies is advised that the liquidator has completed his duties. Accordingly, the Registrar intends to remove the company from the Register. The liquidator has delivered to the Registrar the documents referred to in section 257 of the Act.

Pursuant to section 321 of the Act, any objection to the removal of the company from the Register must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies no later than 19 June 2026.
