Notice of Removal of Company From the Register

Notice is hereby given that the final report has been delivered to the Registrar and it is now intended to remove the company from the New Zealand Register under section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993.

The director had signed a declaration pursuant to 243A of the Companies Act 1993 that the company is solvent.

Any objections to the removal of the company under section 321 must be delivered to the Registrar by 27 May 2026.
