Notice of Intention to Remove Companies From the Register

We, Adam Botterill and Damien Grant, joint liquidators of the above-named companies, whose registered office is located at 16 Piermark Drive, Rosedale, Auckland, give notice, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993 and having filed with the Registrar our final reports on these liquidations, it is intended to remove the companies from the New Zealand Register.

Any objection to the removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies no later than 20 February 2026.
