Notice of Application for Removal of Incorporated Societies From the Register

The liquidation of the above-named societies has been completed and the final report and statement of receipts and payments has been sent to the Registrar pursuant to section 24 of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908 and section 257 of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”), together with a request that the societies be removed from the Register pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Act.

Any objection to the removal under section 321 of the Act must be delivered to the Registrar within 20 working days of the date of this notice.
