Notice of Intention to Remove Entity From the Register

Pursuant to Section 320 of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

We, Malcolm Hollis and Richard Nacey, liquidators of the entity, hereby give notice that pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Act, having filed with the Registrar our final report on the liquidation, it is intended to remove the entity from the New Zealand Register.

Any objection to the removal pursuant to section 321 of the Act must be delivered to the Registrar no later than 30 January 2026.

Please note that subject to this Act the provisions of Part 16 and Part 17 of the Companies Act 1993 shall apply to the liquidation of the society, with such modifications as may be necessary, as if the society was a company that had been put into liquidation under section 241(2)(a) of that Act.
