Notice of Approval of a Charitable Scheme Under Part 3 of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957, in Respect of John Richard Templin Scholarship Trust

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 54 of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957 (“Act”) that on 26 February 2026, the Honourable Justice Gordon, at the Christchurch High Court, approved the scheme under Part 3 of the Act, varying the terms of the trust deed of John Richard Templin Scholarship Trust.
