Notice of Approval of a Charitable Scheme Under Part 3 of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957 in Respect of New Zealand Medical Benevolent Fund

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 54 of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957 (“Act”) that on 16 July 2025, the Honourable Justice La Hood, at the Wellington High Court, approved the scheme under Part 3 of the Act, to vary the:

• purpose of the Trust and enable the disposal of Trust property for another charitable purpose; and
• powers of the trustee and the mode of administering the Trust, through the adoption of a new trust deed.
