Notice is hereby given that UAC AUSTRALIA PTY LIMITED and UAC INTERNATIONAL PTY LIMITED, companies incorporated in Australia and registered as overseas companies with the New Zealand Companies Office, intend to cease carrying on business in New Zealand and will, on or after three months from the date of publication of this notice, give notice to the Registrar of Companies, to be removed from the Overseas Register.
