Notice of Intention to Cease to Carry on Business in New Zealand

Pursuant to Section 341(1) of the Companies Act 1993

Public notice is given, pursuant to section 341(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that ACCULEC PTY LTD, being a company incorporated in Australia and registered as an overseas company under Part 18 of the Companies Act 1993, intends to cease carrying on business in New Zealand and to apply to the Registrar of Companies to remove ACCULEC PTY LTD from the Overseas Company Register pursuant to section 341(1)(b) of the Companies Act 1993 after the expiry of three months from the date of publication of this notice.

Any objections to the removal must be delivered to the Registrar not later than three months from the date that this notice is published.
