DICE DEVICE LIMITED, being an overseas company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands and registered on the New Zealand Overseas Companies Register, hereby gives public notice that it ceased to carry on business in New Zealand on 11 June 2026.

The company further gives notice that it intends to apply to the Registrar of Companies for removal from the New Zealand Overseas Companies Register on the grounds that it is no longer carrying on business in New Zealand.
