Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 341(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that SPATIAL PARTNERS PTY. LTD. intends to cease to carry on business in New Zealand.

The company advises that it will be ceasing trading operations in both New Zealand and Australia within the next six months. The brand name “Spatial Partners” and associated intellectual property will be transferred to LogicalTech Pty. Ltd. (ACN: 138791732), an Australian company.

Pursuant to section 341(1)(b) of the Act, the company will give notice to the Registrar to remove the company from the Overseas Register no earlier than three months after the date of publication of this notice.
