Notice of Intention to Cease to Carry on Business in New Zealand

Notice is hereby given that GB GROUP PLC, a company duly incorporated in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, intends to cease to carry on business in New Zealand and will give notice to the Companies Registrar to be removed from the Overseas Register not earlier than three months from the date of publication of this notice, pursuant to section 341(1) of the Companies Act 1993.
