Public Notice of Intention to Cease to Carry on Business in New Zealand

Public notice is herby given that pursuant to section 341(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, FINANCE BROKERS ASSOCIATION OF AUSTRALASIA LIMITED (trading as Finance and Mortgage Advisers Association of New Zealand (FAMNZ)) intends to cease to carry on business in New Zealand and will apply to the Registrar of Companies for removal from the Overseas Register, not earlier than three months from the date of publication of this notice.
