Pursuant to section 341(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”), notice is hereby given that the above-named company, being a company incorporated in the Netherlands and registered as an overseas company under Part 18 of the Act, intends to cease carrying on business in New Zealand and will give notice to the Registrar of Companies to remove the company from the New Zealand Overseas Companies Register not earlier than three months after the date of publication of this notice.
