HEALTHSOFT AUSTRALIA LIMITED gives notice that the shareholders have resolved to place the company into an orderly solvent wind‑up.

The company has ceased trading and is finalising its affairs.

Any person having a claim against the company must provide full particulars of that claim in writing to the directors at Unit 204, Level 1, 387 Tamaki Drive, Auckland 1071 no later than 25 March 2026.

After that date, the company intends to complete the winding‑up process and apply for removal from the New Zealand Companies Register.
