This document notifies you that:

1. On 27 March 2026, an application for putting SIMPLY ASIA FOOD GROUP LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Blenheim. Its reference number is CIV-2026-406-6. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Blenheim on Friday, 17 July 2026 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
