This document notifies you that:

1. On 1 April 2026, an application for putting ROCKMYBABY ECE NAPIER LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Napier. Its reference number is CIV-2026-441-54. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Napier on 16 July 2026 at 2.15pm.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
