1. On 21 April 2026, an application for putting JAMAR FINANCE LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Hamilton. Its reference number is CIV-2026-419-127. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Hamilton on 16 June 2026 at 10.45am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
