This document notifies you that:

1. On 1 April 2026, an application for putting GUDSELL HOLDINGS LIMITED (Company No.: 160657) into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Napier. Its reference number is CIV-2026-441-57. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Napier on 4 June 2026 at 2.15pm.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
3. The statement of claim and the verifying affidavit may be inspected at the registry of the court or at the plaintiffs’ address for service.
4. The plaintiffs are Anna Sheree Wellwood and Colleen Marie Gudsell, Anna Sheree Wellwood and Anita Grace Agnew in their capacities as trustees of the Barry Robertson Trust, whose address for service is Mallett Partners Limited, Level 12, City Chambers, 142 Featherston Street, Wellington. The plaintiff’s solicitor is Oliver Colin Gascoigne, whose address is as noted above.
