This document notifies you that:

1. On 20 February 2026, an application for putting HIRA HOMESTEAD LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Nelson. Its reference number is CIV-2026-442-17. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Nelson on Friday, 24 April 2026 at 11.00am.
2. On 25 February 2026, HIRA HOMESTEAD LIMITED was put into interim liquidation by the High Court and Geoffrey Falloon, Insolvency Practitioner of Nelson was appointed as interim liquidator.
3. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
4. The statement of claim and the verifying affidavit may be inspected at the registry of the court or at the plaintiff’s address for service.
