1. On 27 February 2026, an application for putting ABACUS CAPITAL NZ LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Hamilton. Its reference number is CIV-2025-419-453. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Hamilton on Monday, 23 March 2026 at 10.45am.
2. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
