This document notifies you that:

1. On 13 February 2026, an application for putting KAWERAU COSMOPOLITAN CLUB INCORPORATED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Rotorua. Its reference number is CIV-2026-463-13. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Rotorua on 24 March 2026 at 10.00am.
2. A person, other than the defendant incorporated society, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
