Pursuant to section 26 of the Hazardous Substances and New Organisms Act 1996 (“Act”), the Environmental Protection Authority hereby determines that Paenibacillus larvae, Paenibacillus phage Lilo, Paenibacillus phage Dash, Paenibacillus phage Callan, Paenibacillus phage Carlos, Paenibacillus phage ApiWellbeing, Paenibacillus phage GaryLarson, and Paenibacillus phage AJG77 are not new organisms for the purpose of the Act.
