Notification of Duration of Third Regulatory Period for Fibre Price-Quality Path Determination 2026
The Commerce Commission (“Commission”) gives public notice under sections 6 and 170 of the Telecommunications Act 2001 (“Act”) that it has determined and published the Duration of the third regulatory period for Fibre Price-Quality Path Determination 2026 [2026] NZCC 24 (“Duration Determination”).
The Duration Determination specifies the duration of the regulatory period that starts on 1 January 2029 for the price-quality path that will apply for Chorus Limited from that date, as required under section 194(2)(a) of the Act and section 207(2) of the Act.
The duration of that regulatory period will be five years.
