Notice of Exemption From the Maritime Rules and/or Marine Protection Rules
Pursuant to section 40AA(5) of the Maritime Transport Act 1994, the Director of Maritime New Zealand notifies that exemptions from specified requirements in the Maritime Rules have been granted. These exemptions were granted under section 40AA(1)(a) of the Act during the period from 5 May 2026 to 3 June 2026 (inclusive).
