Pursuant to section 26 of the Hazardous Substances and New Organisms Act 1996 (“Act”), the Environmental Protection Authority hereby determines that Acianthera sonderiana, Aerides krabiensis, Bulbophyllum wendlandianum, Cattleya acuensis, Ceratostylis retisquama, Chysis bractescens, Coelogyne uniflora, Gongora armeniaca, Gongora quinquenervis, Masdevallia corniculata, Masdevallia melanopus, Masdevallia polysticta, Masdevallia rufolutea, Mystacidium brayboniae, Phalaenopsis bastianii, Renanthera monachica, Specklinia grobyi, Stanhopea costaricensis, Stanhopea jenischiana, Stelis Pilosa, Vanda coerulescens, Vanda hindsii and Warczewiczella amazonica are not new organisms for the purpose of the Act.
