In accordance with section 220 of the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015, I, Kate Morrison, give notice that I have exempted Skibo Limited from compliance with regulation 11.33(1)(e) of the Health and Safety at Work (Hazardous Substances) Regulations 2017.

This exemption takes effect on 21 May 2026 and expires on 21 May 2031 unless it is replaced sooner or revoked.
