Notice of Reconciled Annual Levy Rates for the Financial Year Ending 30 June 2025
Pursuant to Regulation 11(1)(c) of the Electricity Industry (Levy of Industry Participants) Regulations 2010 (“Regulations”), the Electricity Authority (“Authority”) gives the following notice.
This notice is the Notice of Reconciled Annual Levy Rates for the Financial Year Ending 30 June 2025.
(1) The Authority has calculated the reconciled annual levy rates for the financial year ending 30 June 2025 in accordance with regulation 11 of the Regulations, as follows:
