Notice of Appointment of Receiver

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993 (“Act”)

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 8 of the Act, on 17 December 2025 Brenton Hunt, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, was appointed as receiver of the above-named company by Prospa NZ Limited under the powers contained in a loan agreement dated 21 March 2025 which property consists of all present and after-acquired property of the company.

Receivers are required to be licensed insolvency practitioners. More information regarding the regulation of the insolvency practitioners is available from the Registrar of Companies.
