Notice of Appointment of Receivers

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Steven Khov and Kieran Jones, both Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed as joint and several receivers of the above-named company and individuals by Seascape (2010) Limited on 11 February 2026 under the powers contained in the funding agreements dated 29 May 2024 and 23 September 2024 which property consists of all present and after-acquired property of the company and individuals.
