On 29 January 2026 Simon Dalton, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner (Registration Number: IP14) and chartered accountant, was appointed as receiver and manager of the companies by Bizcap NZ Limited under the powers contained in a Loan Agreement dated 4 December 2024.
The property in receivership is all the companies’ present and after-acquired personal property.
All receivers and managers are required to be licensed insolvency practitioners in accordance with the Insolvency Practitioners Regulation Act 2019. More information about the regulation of insolvency practitioners is available from the Registrar of Companies.
