Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993, on 23 January 2025, Benjamin Brian Francis and Garry Cecil Whimp, insolvency practitioners, were appointed as receivers of the property of OPTIMISE TRAFFIC SOLUTIONS LIMITED (in receivership and in liquidation).

The receivers and managers were appointed by Ignite Solutions Limited under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated 21 March 2025.
