Notice of Appointment of Receivers

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Steven Khov and Kieran Jones, both Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed as joint and several receivers of the above-named company and individual by Seascape (2010) Limited on 23 January 2026 under the powers contained in a funding agreement dated 15 October 2025 which property consists of all present and after-acquired property of the company and individual.
