Notice of Appointment of Receiver

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993 (“Act”)

Notice is hereby given that pursuant to section 8 of the Act, that on 19 January 2026, Brenton Hunt, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, was appointed as receiver of the above-named company by Fortress Capital Finance Limited under the powers contained in loan agreement dated 28 February 2024, which property consists of all present and after-acquired property of the company.

Receivers are required to be licensed insolvency practitioners. More information regarding the regulation if the insolvency practitioners is available from the Registrar of Companies.
