Notice of Appointment of Receivers

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Steven Khov and Kieran Jones, both Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed as joint and several receivers of the above-named company by Prospa NZ Limited on 20 December 2025 under the powers contained in a loan agreement dated 28 March 2025 which property consists of all present and after-acquired property of the company.
