SHALT HOLDINGS LIMITED, SHALT TRUSTEE COMPANY LIMITED and SUN TU DEVELOPMENT LIMITED (all in liquidation)
It was resolved by special resolutions of the shareholders pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that the above-named solvent companies be liquidated and that Grant Bruce Reynolds, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner of Auckland, be appointed liquidator. The liquidations of the companies commenced as follows.

SHALT TRUSTEE COMPANY LIMITED at 12.35pm.
SUN TU DEVELOPMENT LIMITED at 12.35pm.
The above-named are solvent companies that have ceased trading and are no longer required for the purpose for which they were established.
