CVI MANAGEMENT SERVICES LP (in liquidation)
John Fisk, Lara Bennett and Malcolm Hollis, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ) of Teneo Financial Advisory New Zealand Limited, were appointed joint and several liquidators of CVI MANAGEMENT SERVICES LP by the High Court at Christchurch on 2 July 2026 at 11.15am.
We fix 2 August 2026 as the date by which creditors must lodge their claims and establish any priority for any distributions that may become available.
