Rees Logan and George Bannerman both Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of BDO Auckland (Registration Numbers: 34 and 147 respectively), were appointed joint and several liquidators of the entities at the joint watershed meeting by resolutions of the creditors on 30 June 2026 at 11.20am pursuant to section 241(2)(d) of the Act.

Notice is given that as liquidators of the entities, we fix 30 July 2026 as the day on or before which the creditors of the entities are to make their claims, and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Act or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
