Notice is hereby given that Bryan Edward Williams, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, has been appointed liquidator of the above-named company pursuant to a resolution passed by the shareholders on 1 July 2026 at 11.48am.

The liquidator fixes 11 August 2026 as the last day on or before which the creditors of the above-named company can claim and to establish any priority their claim may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
