Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims

Boris van Delden (IP57) and Keaton Pronk (IP107), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of MAPARA ESTATE LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholders of the company on 24 June 2026 at 5.00pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Keaton Pronk (IP107) and Steve Farquhar (IP90), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of BRILLIANT STONE HOLDING LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Auckland on 25 June 2026 at 10.06am pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 on the application of Auckland City Council.

Steve Farquhar (IP90) and Keaton Pronk (IP107), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of S N AND C B HINDMAN LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholders of the company on 29 June 2026 at 2.10pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Daniel Zhang (IP153) and Iain McLennan (IP82), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of JRS MOTORS LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholder of the company on 30 June 2026 at 4.30pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Daniel Zhang (IP153) and Iain McLennan (IP82), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of SL CATERING MANAGEMENT LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholder of the company on 1 July 2026 at 3.00pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Claims by creditors in these liquidations should be sent to insol@mvp.co.nz by 14 August 2026.
